- Once a week Skype check-ins where we review your progress and you can ask any questions you may have
- Mobile app where you can access your workout and meal plans, print a shopping list based on the meal plans, log your workouts and meals, track progress through measurements and progress pictures. The mobile app is designed for iOS and Android, and can also be accessed from a computer.
Soon after signing up you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the app. Once you sign in to the app you will be directed to two questionnaires with questions pertaining to your health and exercise history, current or previous injuries that may impact your ability to perform certain exercises, your dietary habits and, most importantly, your goals. Feel free to share as much information as you would like.
Within a few days of completing the questionnaires you will receive the training and meal plans for the first week. If I don't hear from you during the first week of training I will check in by e-mail to make sure everything is going smoothly. We will schedule our weekly Skype conversation for a time that is mutually agreeable.
Each of the following weekly plans will be designed based on your progress and feedback on the previous week's plan.
Access to a gym is preferable, but not a necessity.
